Large comfortable room, good bathroom, good breakfast with fresh fruit, fresh everything, including eggs cooked specially for you. Very helpful and friendly welcome, which continued throughout the stay. Leave the car at the hotel parking, there are two bus lines, one opposite the hotel, the other 5 minutes walk (bus ride is approx 15 minutes). The hotel is a bit difficult to find, but that is actually a good thing, since it is situated in very quiet surroundings. The room was spacious, with a good bed, a desk and two (small) chairs. The bathroom was well equipped. I had an excellent wifi connection throughout my stay at the hotel. -

Friendly and comfortable place in Mestre we used this as a base to explore Venice and surrounding areas from.
The place is modern and air-conditioned with double glazed windows, very comfortable.
Easy walk to nearby "Voltourno" bus station which is easy to get to town and to Venice on. Difficult to get a bus timetable anywhere though with connections etc.
We took the T1 from Voltourno to Columbo (2 stops) then onto the 4L to Venice.
