The hotel was very clean and they were very hospitable. Parking was very convenient. There is a restaurant in the hotel which seemed quite nice, but we unfortunately did not dine there. - Reception staff very friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast was good - nice choice and quality. Hotel allowed us to have both our children with us in the same room

The staff went to great lengths to make us happy. For example, we needed to catch an early flight which meant we needed to leave the Hotel at 4:45am, breakfast was not served until 7:00am however, 30 minutes after their wake-up call they called again telling us that Breakfast was ready for us. The hotel is new, with excellent facilities, very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they will explain how to get to Venice or wherever you want to go, they can check the timetable for you, you can buy bus tickets at the reception.
Breakfast is included in the price, there is a good selection of food, everything is fresh and tasty.
We recommend this hotel to everyone :)

We used this hotel for an overnight stay as a base for visiting Venice and it was perfect for that. The pool was a bonus if you could fit in the time to use it. We managed a quick half hour before it closed for the evening. The refurbishment has been tastefully done and, although small, the room and bathroom were clean and adequate for our need

Very friendly family run hotel, pool was really good, very clean high standard throughout, good continental breakfast, didnt use the restaurant as we usually had a picnic when out. Bus to venice 5 min walk to stop takes about 25 mins into Venice didnt have a problem with this. Would stay again no probs.
