  Marco, the owner was very hands on and he supplied a lot info about things to see and do in Como and the towns around the lake. He also owns L'Antica Trattoria. We had a delicious meal there and the service was first rate. Assanto made sure that breakfast was set out every morning and he was quick to offer coffee or tea. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

The bathrooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen is really cosy and the owner of the place will make a breakfast on your taste in the morning. I enjoyed our stay really much! - Great personal service by the very gracious owner, Rosanna. She waited for my very late arrival on a Sunday night and was ready every morning with breakfast and a nice chat. The location is superclose to the center, and for me was perfect because it was midway to the center and to the lakeside Villa Olmo where I had to work. Room was very spacious and beautiful, with a gorgeous balcony to top it off.

  First and foremost, our hosts Marcello and Gabriella were fantastic. Our room was comfortable clean and felt like home. Breakfast was made to order and more than we expected. We were welcomed as soon as w arrived and felt like we had come home to visit after a long absence.   An excellent very well kept B&B with charming and helpful owners. Our room was immaculately clean, large with a most comfortable bed and excellent shower. Despite overlooking the road it had excellent double glazing and very effective air conditioning so noise was not an issue. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. I arrived in Como very late and Paolo offered to pick me up from the train station. The place itself is very homey. There is even a small outdoor swimming pool. It's situated in a rich neighborhood on a hill, about 25 minutes walk from downtown. The place, the location, and the staff all made the stay very wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

  We really appreciated this B&B! The owners are very nice, helpfull and they make their best to provide you with a good service while remaining discret. There are 2 rooms and we share the living room (with a balcony). It is really "Come a casa". Not far from the historic center and the Lago. I strongly recommend this place! - I would like to thank the hotelier for the cosy and friendly atmospere we had during all our stay in Como. He was always ready to answer our questions and shared with us usefull tips about the places we could visit. The room was new, bright, clean and comfortable.
