The apartment itself was suprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great location halfway between The Old City and the City Center in small quiet street and with charming patio.

And because we had to catch an early flight in the morning and we wouldn't be able to have breakfast, Carla ( the owner), brought us in our room a tray with juice ,biscuits, yogurt . Well positioned for Citta Alta, a great base to explore the lakes and other medieval cities of the area. Angelo picked us all up at the airport, very friendly and helpful and his English is better than he thinks!! Highly recommended, very comfortable though quite small. -

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. Even cups, wardrobe and bureau are old and pretty.
The breakfast is usual for Italy and is served in the room.

i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.

It was so relaxing to stay at Le Nove Fate! Absolutely beautiful surroundings to wake up to everyday. The owners could not do enough to make our stay more comfortable. They really went above and beyond. Only regret is our lack of car which definitely would have made the trip a more enjoyable one for us.
If there had been more to do in the surrounding area it would have been a perfect holiday. But that's our own fault for not looking into it.
I would highly recommend a stay at Le Nove Fate.
