reception clerk was excellent he helps us with everything we asked, massage seat in our room is a nice gimmick - We stay only 1 night but I would spend a few more days there. They havepool, sauna and so on and I just did't have time to enjoy staing there.Breakfast was good and stuff friendly and helpfull.

This hotel is perfect if you want to be a short distance from the busy city center of Verona. The hotel is updated, artistically pleasing, clean, and meticulously kept. We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)
