Additionally, there was an outstanding mall right next to the hotel with many stores and several restaurants and bars which was also very convenient. The hotel's sauna and gym facilities as well as the rooms are all 5 star quality!!! Bergamo is very close by!

  Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!!
