Everything was perfect, it is very close to San Marco,beautiful location, excellent service... It is truely one of theseplaces where you feel at home! Highly recommended! - Fabulous friendly staff who greeted us by name and didn't have to ask our room numbers when we left key with them, plus recommended great restaurants. Our suite was large with gorgeous decor and big modern elegant bathroom; our own bougainvillea-lined balcony; in historic district; complimentary cold breakfast in lovely dining room; our favorite hotel of the 6 we stayed in on this trip.

The hotel was in a great location, right near St Marks and the Rialto and easily accessible via water bus from the train station. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The trip all included trip out to Murano was a nice gesture. - Location, friendly staff
