  Comfortable, clean and functional room. Good shower power and availability of hot water. Nice patio terrace. Good kitchenette. Helpful staff, they looked up information for us online. Bike hire good. Restuarant, average fare, budget prices e.g. .5 litre wine 5 euro but is more like 1 litre. Nearby train station takes you to Lucca (25mins), Flore... what people say » nce (75mins) etc (with one change). Mosquito net over window. Fridge not noisy in room. Beautiful surroundings, near the leaning tower etc. Well sto - Each mobile house has a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking breakfast, coffee etc. Nice location, easy to find from the road, but in the same time close to the center of Pisa(10 minutes walk) and beautiful nature around. You can park right next to your mobile house. We had air conditioning in our house.

  This was a great find. Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy. We booked a family room. We have kids of 5 and 8. We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony.   We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa in Italy! In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli!
