My 2 sons and I really enjoyed this quaint hotel that is a hop and a
skip from the Berlin zoo and the Zoo Station S-Bahn and U-Bahn. So much
to see in the vicinity of the hotel, and everything else was an easy
train ride to. We really loved the outside architecture (cool staircase)

The location is perfect if You want to shop around Kudam or visit this part of Berlin. And if You want to go east, metro station with direct connection to Warshauer strasse is just few meters. Staff is very helpfull, speaks well english + other languages. It can get hot in summer due to big windows, but the aircon works well. Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.

The apartment was very central to everything, it was very spacious especially with three of us in the apartment and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the apartment has no reception, the owner was very helpful. He came on-time when delivering the key to us and also on the last day when he needed to collect it back. Location is good as it is very near to the metro station bringing you everywhere around Berlin. Room, toliet and kichen were clean.
