The rooms were very basic, but clean. We were really only at the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. (Not so good if you expect to spend a lot of time in your room; e.g. no tv). The staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to give us recommendations on where to find a good/inexpensive meal, as well as tourist information.
