immaculate with jaw dropping views of the Chicago river and the
intriguing Chicago skyline! Hotel staff were very friendly and well
spoken. The food from the hotels' restaurant Hoytes was finger
lickin good! The location is the best, easy walk to Mag mile, millennium
park and even to the field museum and aquarium. And great places to eat

My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. We enjoyed our stay at the Chicago Renaissance Hotel a great deal. The staff were congenial and respectful, appearing very invested in meeting our needs. We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby. When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put
us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a
suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to
happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take
care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great
