The location was great, as was the staff. The complimentary cocktails were a plus!. the hotel was very well located. Location was great. Staff was very professional and very helpful. The promptness of the service and the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast being served on each floor.. easy for people on the go!. My room phones won't working so had to down to reception to order room service!They sais they'd send someone to fix them but never did. Also the nice views you see on their website I didn't get to see them...the views I had won't very nice! They also put an automatic 75c on your bill and you get to have the newspaper delivered to your door... even tough you didn't ask for it!.
