The room, especially the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were helpful and very accommodating. The cleanliness was a 10. It's in an ideal location for city transport and all the tourist spots. When we parked I was a little concerned as it was our first time and up to this point the trip had been a horrible experience(our other hotel overbooked) just as we were arriving. I am glad they did. Once we got past the parking garage, the guy was cold and rude, and made our way to the lobby we were turned 180 degrees. The staff was absolutely top-notch, especially the concierge, Rich. After an all-night Megabus trip, we stopped in to stow our luggage until the 3pm check in. They said our room was available immediately, if we would like an early check in (6 hours early at no additional charge). Unheard of! Amazing and gracious. This is my second stay at a Kimpton Hotel. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else after this lovely experience.

We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby.
