Excellent location next to a great park and within 5 mins walk of Lake Michigan. Transport into city super easy from right outside the hotel or you can walk into the city within half hour.
Design of the hotel funky & individual - loved the staff 'uniforms' with the bow ties etc.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Excellent customer service from the staff. Roof top bar/restaurant has amazing views. The hotel has a very cool retro feel and the decor is great. The restaurant was good - pricey, but you can grab a bite at the bar. The bartendar provided excellent service.

Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator? The one cup at a time coffee pot was great but if I had stayed in longer than an hour after getting up, more than one unit of coffee would

First experience of a hostel and it was excellent. Helpful staff, extrememly clean and well kept, fruit, cereal and bagels provided for breakfast with microwave and cooker should you wish to purchase anything for yourself, basic room but perfect as base for exploring Chicago. 5 to 10 mins walk to John Hancock Centre and oak street beach and explo

area, 6 bed dorm room and nice bathroom, helpful staff (gave out good

Whether you met them on an elevator ride, or whether you transacted business w/ them - they consistently wore smiles and a courteous, welcoming attitude. - I really enjoyed my stay, and it was a better choice then most hotels in the area.
