Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. I liked the check in a lot: quick, friendly and professional guy. The
only thing - he did not give us breakfast vouchers and we had to argue
with Breakfast staff that our breakfast is included. Design - very
interesting but a little bit too much posters.

The hotel is in an excellent location. I really like the courtyard and the clean environment.The staff were excellent especially the janitors -

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. Food is excellent at this hotel, do not miss the rooftop bar on a beautiful day and lunch at Nomi was excellent. The concierge staff was helpful with every detail and you cannot
