It was a very nice place. I would like to come back anytime. I thought the price was just fine for all of the attractions near by. I would have no problems staying here again. Very Good!!!. Loved ENO Restaurant, located in Hotel, food was wonderful, especially the wine selection. Loved being able to walk to shops like Burberry and Zara. Valet parking was great. Location, Hotel room was pretty good and well equipped. Nice bathrooms. Michael Jordan's restaurant downstairs is a awesome option but very expensive.

No choice of pillows, the ones on offer were rather uncomfortable. The valet pricing is ridiculous. $57 a night is unheard of..... In addition, the room service fee seems extremely high. If you are offering such a great value on the room, it seems counter-productive with these other high fees. Hotel Managements attitude and letsbookhotel.com overbilling/slamming our credit card. Food from room service was ok not great, ordered roast chicken it had a bad taste, did not eat much which was best since within about 30 min I wasn't feeling very well that night. Also your in room menus should be updated not all items are available as printed or at all. 114$ for parking... REALLY!!. Pool was not Kid friendly at all. High sides kids could not get up and deep. Only 4 ladders in whole pool. Limited places to sit in the lobby. hotel and parking are extremely over priced. Bar and Restaurant prices high by European standards when tax and gratuity included. Small bathrooms. Nothing. long queue and waiting time at the lifts in particular between 8h and 9h am. nothing. Lack of agents at check in counter. At least half hour wait. Long waits for elevator and luggage. Everything you neede costs extra...like $25 for a fridge when I'm paying $235 for the room. No free wifi. some staff at the front desk are not polite, decoration is old fashioned. small rooms high costs for car parking finishing of the room (cables) a lot of noise from returning party people during multiple hours. The bill was not correct. They charged taxes on 4 persons instead of two. The hotel still owes us 171.61 dollar. After a week the money is not yet on our account. Broken Shower Dirty Bed Linnens. Rooms are small , the bathroom is x-small net access is like $19 a night I've stayed in 4 star hotels on mag mile that are much better it's not like intercom- ohare !. poor facilities in the room. No Nespresso machine, for example. to pay for wifi access poor fitness gym.
