The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown! Many thanks!. The place of hotel is excellent !! is near shops , metro , water tower and museum and atractions of Chicago, hotel is clean and Staff is friendly , have one Gym full equippaments , Pool in 10 Floor is good , and for complete Starbucks is inside ! 8 for this hotel (0 - 10) .

The room was very clean, tastefully decorated, hotel was quiet except for periodic emergency vehicle sirens, beds comfortable, showers had great water pressure, elevators were fast!. Your staff probably made the biggest impact on our stay there. The staff is the friendliest! The front desk staff steps in front of the desk to greet you and are very helpful. The room was perfect for our family of four (with pull-out couch) and steps away from Michigan Ave. And Starbucks downstairs. Perfect!. They accommodated us with early check in as we requested by giving us a standard king room that was available instead of a jr. King suite that we booked but then gave us a free breakfast voucher for the next day. worked out perfectly for us. The Front door man was very helpful and nice although while checking in we felt they were giving us the run around on the correct room. We did get it straitened out and our trip was very enjoyable! In this case CHICAGO is very expensive tax .... !. nothing. No microwave or frig in our room. The room got a little uncomfortably warm at night and we had to open windows (didn't want to turn on the air) which only let the street noise in more. Beds should have flat pillows available for stomach sleepers. the bathroom it has no Fan it's only ventilation. COST Pull out couch NOT comfortable at all and should not be sold as an EXTRA bed! Microwave did not work. Expensive Hotel Restaurant. Late getting into our room - delayed until 3:30 as it was not ready. Had to ask 2 times for a crib for our infant. Crib was NOT in good condition. Parking should be included. Internet did not work in the room. No fridge and no safe in the room. Expensive parking and difficult to find a parking space. Shower valve was loose though operable. Trouble with door access cards. The pool was a disappointment. The price of course. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Yes disgusting. There was actually mold and mildew on the sides of the pool from not being scrubbed and the water was very cloudy probably from the ridiculous amount of chlorine. We only spent 5 minutes in the pool which is a let down as we booked this hotel based only on the fact that it advertised a beautiful indoor pool. It would be great to get a better deal on parking for the connected garage. the price. But the most affordable in the area. Price was a bit high. Parking was too expensive, but, convenient. might be picky there was no white milk for sale in the hotel . and when you look out your window you'll see shoes and items on top of the roof . Our room was a little warm and stuffy. No 24 hr room service, no valet when we arrived at 1130. The pillows. Nothing. I returned to my room after being out all day and it had not been cleaned. We had left by 8am and returned after 4 pm. This was inexcusable. The wifi did not work in the rooms- very frustrating!. Thought it was a little pricey. Could have had a few more benefits like a hot tub in pool area and a small free breakfast. Poor elevator service everyday the elevators went down for 30 minutes to an hour.
