  Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic. One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.... what people say » However, when I did this I was directed to reception who didn't seem to be aware of such a service. That said they were again very helpful and contac - The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards.   All the staff are very friendly and helpful always. We were able to change to a different room which suited us better and the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy, and booked us tours and cheap rates with the local taxi's.   My wife and I stayed a week and we enjoyed it! The owner, Ton, provided airport transfers both ways. He also had his maid cleaned up the apartment in the middle of our stay. There was free WiFi and the apartment was sufficiently equipped for a comfortable stay. The apartment is secured by card access and security guards. - Pettey good
