  Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. - Really good... what people say » value for money. We paid only 50€ for a double room, which is really good for such a central location in Bangkok, far from the noisy Khao San road. The hotel is very calm and has a very nice swimming pool.   I stayed here 3 times during a months holiday in Thailand. The staff were always helpful, friendly and welcoming. They put me in the same room each time - I began to think of room 204 as my home in Bangkok! And they allowed me to check in at 4am when my bus arrived earlier than stated, and didn't charge me an extra night which is pretty decent. But located down a quiet side street so you can escape the noise of Bangkok - Korbua House is in a wonderful location off the main street and facing a canal. This made for a quiet and beautiful stay near a particularly busy section of town. If you want to stay in the old city part of Bangkok, I think Korbua is one of the best choices, and feels brand new in the decor and furnishings. We Had to ha e breakfast at 6 am as soon as it opened as we Had to go to catch a bus so most of the food was not out or ar - Location is just perfect: 10 min walk from the famous Khaosan Road and many other tourist destinations easily accessible from there. At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

My son has stayed at the Green House on numerous occasions and told me that it was a place that I really wouldn't choose to stay, but I thought give it a go!!   The room was absolutely beautiful. We liked the hotel better than the Pathumwan Princess which is very expensive, which we stayed at last time. It was so convenient, close to the popular Khao San Road and right on a ferry wharf on the Chao Phraya River. Its location is ideal particularly as the river boat stops just outside the hotel. The rooms are beautifully made and if you are lucky enough to book a room over looking the river it is certainly worth the exra cost. The restaurant area has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and you can enjoy watching the comings and goings on the river. Excellent!
