Central position, between shopping area and main historical attractions. Staff were exremely helpful with advice about how to get about and setting up transfers to and from the city's 2 airports. Room had all the features needed. Breakfast was very good - especially the excellent coffee. Nice hotel with good location if you want to do some sightseeing (really walking dostance from major sightseeing places). Staff really friendly and you feel like home every time you meet them. There's computer with internet connection you can use - which is not so popular in Thailand.

The location is also very good for sightseeing tours because all the important must-see temples are within a walking distance (including the famous Khaosan Street:). The owner was the most helpful of anyone I've met while travelling. Breakfast was nice: fruit, eggs n bacon, toast. Simple but well presented in a pleasant room. I booked a cheap room. It had everything required but I'd expect a more expensive room would be very comfortable. Very nice staff and checked us in very late in the evening. Nice bedroom with small but clean bathroom. Nice breakfast (fresh fruits, hot drink, hot bread). Luggage deposit for free. Helpful ladies english speaking!. A well managed, guest friendly management. Location is perfect to visit all the important locations & the owner is very supportive is guiding the guests. The room was basic, but nice. Bathroom and room not very clean. Bathroom very tiny - difficult to move inside when door are closed (pictures of the room and bathroom don't show the real size of the room and space in it). Difficult to find - taxi and tuk tuk drivers didn't know where it is!. The bathroom was a little bit small for Europeans... Difficult to find down a little alley. Not easy to find!!! Spent 1 hour searching for it with the taxi driver. It is in a tiny street on the side. A little noisy too during the night. No complaints at all......just loads of appreciation. bathroom could be a little bit larger. Initially I was hesitant walking home at night, but became very comfortable and on nodding terms with the locals along the way. Not a problem at all. Only one thing: on my last night the aircon started making a lot of noise - I think it's due for maintenance. The shower water would flood onto the floor of the bathroom. The aircon was rather noisy. The directions to the hotel could do with being improved upon. restaurant could have been operational for lunch/dinner, that will certainly be better. Bathroom was a bit too small. a bit harder to find the hotel. We wanted 3 rooms with single beds, but they give only 2 rooms with single beds, third was with double bed. It´s very difficult to find the hotel it´s a small street. - the room is quite small (especially not much space in the toilet/bathroom). Staff does not speak English, most towels were old & sometimes dirty, AC was leaking water. to start you trip in thailand. They need to change the adress very difficult to find the location for the first time. Actually the location is easy to describe is opposite the democracy monument in the soy beside sidewalk cafe and mc donald. Bath room is too small even cannot sit on the middle of toilet. And always collided the corner of the bed. A bit far from convenient store. -very old hotel and location is in a strange street but it is ok. -bathroom is small. -towels were ragged. Bathroom is a little small. Hard to find, some additioanl location directions to the hotel description would be nice. Towels were not chainged every day. The same breakfast every morning -omlete and some fruits. the demonstration, but it is not your fault. location difficult to find for most taxi's - on a small back alley Broken shower was working either on hot or cold water. Quite limited breakfast options. Standard fruit, bread & butter & jam, eggs(omlet, scrambled or boiled), coffe and juice. Far BTS or Metro. Facilitation is old. our room was very small, bathroom was tiny with a tiolet u had to sit the other way on so that you didnt bang your knees on the wall! shower made a terrible noise as if the pipes were going to blow, water was either very hot or cold! towels we recieved had huge holes in them. There were two windows one in the room had no curtain, and you could here all the noise from the outside. breakfast was not great but was not too bad either. Far away from any shopping areas. Difficult to travel to, and was very difficult to locate.
