Even before arrival all our enquires were promptly answered. We also booked with the hotel airport transfer; as it happened we had a problem with our flight so we arrived late. After contacting the hotel the airport transfer was re-scheduled by Chumpol Chantaloon (front desk manager) without a problem and confirmed to us promptly. It is a nice new resort within a ten minute walk to the town centre and beach. The staff are lovely but need to improve their english. Could have more variety for breakfast eg: cereals, fruit and yoghurt. The prices are very reasonable. Try the seafood restaurants by the beach, they are wonderful and very reasonably priced. Super rooms and was lucky to book a superior room with an awesome view. Bit of construction going on but really wouldn't even notice it once your in the resort. Its recently opened - probably last 2 years - and has lots of panache and creativity while much of the Krabi area slides into crass. Great pool. Great rooms.
