Great location near the night markets, and on a sunday, they have markets near the old town which is about 70 baht on a tuk tuk. Staff were wonderful as I was sick while we were in Chiang Mai, and there is a hotel doctor that visits each day for an hour or so, and when the doctor is not there they have a nurse available most of the day.
