I had a fantastic time at Rich Lanna House. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they were always ready to answer my questions and give me advice. We came to Chiang Mai a few days early and booked this hotel by chance. We planned to go to the hotel we prebooked after the days we would spend at the Rich Lanna, but cancelled the prebooked hotel and continue to stay here. It made our visit to Chiang Mai perfect!

I was travelling alone,i slipped from stairs and feel and injured my ankle , hotel staff helped me a lot , one of the guys picked me up took me to the hospital, and waited with me the whole time, then assisted me back to the hotel.

The atmosphere that the hotel has is unique. It is a Thai style hotel which immediately puts you in a relaxing mode. The rooms are spacious. The flowers in all the hotel are magnificent. If you want to stay in a Thai district (not very touristic) and near a market: go for it :) It is a rather quiet neighbourhood. We liked it here and would come back. -
