Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.

Cool hotel, very new (just 1 year), unfortunately we arrived very late and just slept at the hotel, did not have the chance to use it at all, but it seemed to good for short stays. -
Clean, laundry, air-conditioning, new hostel, motorbike renting, near to sushi restaurant, supermarket, ATM, coffee and drinks as well.

Very friendly accomodating staff. I needed to arrange for a ferry out the next morning & mentioned it to them in an email & when I arrived they had it all arranged for me. Also I arrived early in the day - they held my bag for me till my room was ready and gave me a map and a quick run down on what there was to see & do in the area.

The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.

We really liked the character and style of accomadation. There has been a recent renovation and this was visabe. We stayed in te royal phuket a year ago for slightly less however memory on on was much better. The location allowed us to walk to the Sunday market and the reception arranged our ferry to Koh Lanta. We are not big lovers of phuket town

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was incredible, it made me feel like I was in a b & b in Europe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in booking buses etc. The location was ideal right in the middle of the old town! Overall, I believe this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. The resort are accerate what you see in the wesite. Everythings in our rooms is perfect. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

the resort is new, with16 water villas and 4 garden villas.the location is not far fm puket town and very close to the dock which goes to pipi island. u d better rent a motorbike if u r in puket, because the taxi is very expensive.the resort hv motorbike for rent too.i stayed five days here and everything is good, especially the young staff mark,

Very relaxing place with nice swimming pool in the middle of the town. Room we had was cousy and Friendly. Unfortunatelly we stay only one night and we had to depart to airport early. Excellent value for money. -
The staff is friendly and amiable.
Rooms were surprisingly well furnished and the swimming pool is the highlight of the resort.
