Pattaya Hotels

We stayed in the D-Beach hotel for a night and it was a good experience. The room was large and so was the toilet and we had a veranda from where you could just spot the sea through the trees blocking the view. The bell boy attending to us was really nice and cheerful and so was the other staff. The Indian restaurant right near the entry of the hotel is a must visit for delicious Indian food although its a little over priced. What put me off was the long distance to Walking Street, ab - Beverley

Upon returning from my business trip to Guangzhou, China I just could not resist going to Pattaya for a couple of days and soaking up some sun. I found this nice boutique hotel just off second road, Soi 14, Pattaya. When I stepped in through the two large double doors which was opened for me, I felt all the heat and perspiration disappearing from my face and clothes. We have just returned from the amari after a two week stay and found it a very pleasent experience, The service the hotel provides was excellent and the staff could not have been more friendly. Our hotel room was very modern with a huge comfortable bed, a large bath and seperate walk in shower and w/c. We recieved a free upgrade of rooms and found check-in simple as the staff spoke very good english. Is not that terrible as other reviewers said... i wonder guys .. did you know before you book it, that THIS IS A BUDGET HOTEL? im very surprised with the comments... WHAT THE HELL DID YOU EXPECT PAYING ONLY 10 Euros per person (Double room) per night? omg the TV has no Satelite channels... wow.. OMG the breakfast so poor.. oh really? they dont serve caviar! bad persons.. I got the room in tower 1. tower 1 is on the just on road side and so noisy mainly after 7 and 8 P.M to to late night. Room was well decorated but small. for breakfast we have to go in tower 2 that is just near to tower 1. Lobby of tower 2 is much batter than tower 1. Breakfast was very nice and ambiance was good. - Helen

Good apart-hotel Took 1-bedroom suite. New, big rooms, all in black-white colors. 2 big Plasmas in rooms. Reception stuff: very good Location: a little walk to Central or 2-nd, like 8-10 min. Far away from all the action, but with songthao you can easy reach every place in town. -5 C bar down the hotel: no noise at all. Very good value for stay. - Raymond

I have stayed at the Siam Bayshore Resort and Spa for many years, and each time I return, whether as a couple or with a group, the service and the wanting to please only gets better. I have just returned from the Resort, and this time once again I was very impressed with all aspects of the staff, facilities, and service yet again. This was my second visit to the Royal Cliff and it managed to out do the first. This was simply down to the fact that there is an astonishing amount to do within the Hotel grounds. The Royal Cliff hangs over the east coast in Pattaya about an hours drive from Bangkok. Th staff are all outstanding and are second to none, they are the face of this 5 star hotel and do it proud.. Facilitys are truly World class, from the private beach, amazing sports complex, swimming pools, spa and endless rest - Laura

Great,every thing was great,staff were very friendly,rooms were really clean and convenient and big enough, also room service was very good, the location was excellent it's about five minutes to the newest shopping centers in pattaya and it's located near alot of good restaurants and eateries,the view of hotel was very beautiful and the food was the best. We booked the Mercure at the last moment as we fancied a weekend away from Bangkok, and wished we had booked a longer stay. The hotel we normally stay at was asking over 10,000 THB for one night and after trawling through last minute sites we booked this hotel at 2,100 THB, including buffet breakfast, we booked via the Accor website. I can't say enough about this hotel and its staff. We had the hotel almost to ourselves so it was very quiet and relaxing, with plenty of room at the swim up bar and sundeck. Fairly large breakfast buffet but try the other restaurants as well. We ate at the BBQ shack at the lower pool (you can order from the extended menu there if you ask) and the Chom Talay at night. We also ordered room service the night we arrived. Room service may not seem like much, but it arrived hot and fast which is unus - Khandakar
