Really good value for money. Hotel is located just next to Alcazar. Staff is really friendly, professional and helpful. They have 2 public pools and 1 private pool for certain rooms. Next to the main pool there is a bar and you can order drinks (prices are really affordable!). We were there in August and then it was really quiet there and hotel wasn't overcrowded. I would really visit Sabai Resort again!.
all reviews » Staff is excellent! Rooms are average but clean and all the pools are nice. Food is pretty good but as always hotel food is slightly expensive compared to eating out of the hotel. Overall a great hotel in a pretty good location, we will return. Pls look at what I didn't like. So, I like that the hotel provided me with the room I thought I book looking at the photos at letsbookhotel.com (another class of room, more expensive) without any additional payments. Welldone!!!. Very hospital staff!!! All the atmosphere is just like oasis in dirty Patayya!! As for me - I'll come back here by all means!!!. Well had my honeymoon there it was really good valued for money and very peaceful good breakfast and good staff over all 7.5/10. Very good location, 5 minutes walk to Pattaya beach. I've been a guest at the Sabai on a number of visits to Pattaya and have always found it to be very good. I like the variety of facilities and rooms/villas. It provides a good assortment of room sizes, etc. Excellent location, quiet hotel, convenient for families with small children, close to the mall. staff were helpful and friendly, buffet breakfast and food in general was good,enjoyed my stay. No hair drier in the room (although it was promised in description at letsbookhotel.com). BUT hotel settled all these problems without any additional payments. price a little bit high. Staying on the second floor is a different experience from having one of the rooms poolside but this is only a very minor observation. Wifi was slow and off line at times. This is not the hotel fault, but there is some bar or dance facility two or three blocks away that sends out loud blues type music all night, until 0600. No consideration for other hotels. That is my only negative of this facility. The hotel over a large area - a large walk inside the hotel. Difficult when the weather is so hot Making hotel billing all week long first day we arrived - it is not customary. the condition of my room was poor, paint peeling of the walls, large visible cracks in the ceiling,poor tv reception, poor quality pillows and mattress. nothing. our check out from Sabai Resorts, I wish we could stay there a little more. Pool size quite small. Lack of soundproofing, very very noisy rooms. Shower was hot then cold all the time. Can not set the air conditioning temperature only the speed. They did not want to refund 1 day after staying almost 2 weeks. the disco next door pumping music ALL night. didnt keep me awake but could hear it until i went to sleep every night. breakfast thats included with room rate is pretty average but not terrible. A/c was not working properly. They took 3 hours to fix it. Not a lot. Nothing. I liked everything about this place. 4 30 am people came back to room v drunk and had a party ring down and no one came to ask them to be quite. A little lazy cleaning stuff. Very slow free wifi. The only negative about this hotel is the noise till all hrs from neighbouring nightclub. Also our air conditioner had some problems kept freezing up. Bar and breakfast staff - not upto international standard. Lacking communication skill. pictures of hotel very can be misleading superior rooms very poor just very basic and dated. Littlebit expensive, i miss some balcony.. noise because of the bars around, and noisy aircondition, for couple of days the wifi was out of order. Food, staff language skills. Although I stayed in the best villa the noise from the Hollywood disco was a real annoyance. Constant thumping base from 6pm to 4am every day and night. Breakfast menu. Air conditioning was poor in the room. Old hotel .. didnt like it nd didnt feel comfortable No hose for washing in the toilt Alot of frogs and other animals around. hard bed and pillow hard and to high not much light in room and some noise from neighbour bars and disco not worth the price for the standard rooms. Facilities are outdated and not clean (especially bathroom). Shower does not accommodate for european height. The hotel was advertised with three pools but only two for general use the third for special guest. Toilet need to upgrade. Noise, bugs,low quality room, I checked out two days early, no refund offered. Will take future business elsewhere. I didn't like the whole attitude. They gave me a smelly back room to start with. Better room meant paying more, which I did finally without going to the top. The resort had certainly better days, although the attendant told me the resort only 8 years old. In any case, girls at reception are aggressive and not fun to deal with. rooms are dark, old fashion and badly lit. Better avoid this one. No value for money Rooms extremely old fashioned Rooms smell.
