Great staff, polite and helpfull. New and clean AC rooms! Price was almost same as some hostels and old shabby hotels around, so no need looking for cheap hotels with old facilities. Location is just 5min. from shopping mall (where you can eat different kind of food) and bar street (where you can party all night). Though hotel is right on the bar street, we asked for "quiet" room where we could hear nothing from noisy street. Hotel is 7min from beach. If I arrive to Pattaya again, I would undou.
all reviews » The room and bathroom was very clean. Loved the shower. Unlike many showers in Thailand the shower pressure was very strong which is great after a hot sticky day. It's a perfect base if you want a comfy nice place to sleep but won't be spending a lot of time in the room. Price is good too. Location is good as well. You also need a room card to use the lifts going to the rooms so it felt safe and secure. This hotel is well located , close to mall big C ,beach and entertainments very clean and secure small but well thought smiling and efficient staff very good ratio quality/price Next to the hotel a good breakfast can be gotten at toms&tom caffee. Best part is location. Just next to Alcazar so no problems spotting it on the way back from day trips. Rooms have windows with spectacular view. Easy transport available all the time to all places in Pattaya. 24 hours excellent coffee shop below. Friendly staff. Very good location. 5 minutes to Beach road. Awful. Truly awful. No fridge in the room. No telephone in the room. No balcony. No wardrobe. Nowhere to put suitcase/luggage/clothes. I had to climb over suitcase to get to bed. Room wasn't cleaned during the 4 days I stayed despite my numerous requests. Took 2 days just to get a remote control for the tv. Unless you just need a basic room for 1 night to sleep, do not stay there. Receptionist was very, very rude and unhelpful. This is not a hotel for tourists/holidaymakers.
