  The hotel, was very nice, the staff were friendly and were very helpful. Upon arrival, i was welcomed very politely, which made a good start to my holiday. The rooms were kept very clean each day, by a team of nice cleaning staff, that were trustworthy, when ever i left anything of value in the room, that i had not put in the safe.   The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel employees are very polite, kind and helpful. When we had a technical problem with the air condition, in about 2-3 hours, during we were out, the problem was fixed. It was very close to Tiffany's show too, 15 min walking distance. Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday.   The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. My dealings with the staff were always good.The rooms were spacious, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was supplied and there was plenty of choice... what people say » for everyone.
