I loved everything there, the location is good very near from the BTS so it's quite convenient to visit Bangkok. Staff pay attention to our comfort and needs. Apartment is big and it has a cozy balcony. I rented 3 rooms apartment for 4 nights for less than SGD600. It's only $200 per room for 4 nights which is quite cheap. It's not far from major malls though not really near. Bout 15-20 mins walk. It's really near if you take a cab though. Many massage parlors nearby.

The staff was great. Speaks very good English. Not just the fromt desk does, also the waitress and the doorman. Room was great. Food was great. Everything there was awesome. Is one of the best hotel I ever stay in. It's even better than some very famous 5-stars hotel. The location was ok. The distance to the BTS station was ok. But the safty was awesome. The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.
