the location is perfect, close to almost anywhere you want to go in Bangkok. Near the BTS (Bangkok Transport System). They also serve free drink at the lobby, so refreshing after a long day in the hot city of Bangkok! Everything is almost perfect! We really love our stay there. Room needs some renovation, although it is still a comfortable and clean room, just the design that looked a bit outdated.

The taxi dropped me once with the wrong hotel (Centre Point Chidlom) and the staff offered me to bring me to the Ploenchit hotel. Nice room, got what was promised, spacy, clean room. Recommended to anyone who likes a good hotel. Although we did not ask for it, we arrived very early morning at the hotel and we immediately got an early check-in. We were also upgraded to an executive suite, instead of the "standard" double room that we booked. Clean room, spacious accomodation, kind and helpful staff, good breakfast, good position. Booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 adults and 1 child. Upon check in, staff told us that the room was for 5 only although letsbookhotel.com booked us for 5 adults and 1 child plus breakfast. Staff upgraded us to a 3 bedroom executive apartment which could accommodate 6. Location in center city near from Ploenchit station for visits(Jim Thomson House, Jattujak etc...) , for shopping (Emporium, Siam Paragon , Central chitlom , for walk in Lumphini , the balcony with a view on Wittayu, the swimming pool. First of all it has been the perfect location for me as I had a business meeting nearby, however I was very pleased with the service, the room which was high up and the convenience in general. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The wireless internet provides good surfing speed. Staff is pleasant and always do their best to attend to your request all the time. Room is wonderful, spacious and clean. The free wireless internet is working well. The hotel is within walking distance to Ploenchit BTS station and many local delicacies. Reception want a 1000bht deposit per key which seems a bit extortionate for a plastic key card, but not really a major issue as you get it back. The hotel policy is not fixable at all, No early check-in nor late check out is possible. Breakfast selection could be better and they could include some healthy food for health conscious guests. But staff helped me and gave a room for me finally. I think their central main booking office did not inform my booking to this hotel.Their internal communication problem. Air condition on balcony works very noisy. Rooms located on BTS train line side are a little noisy for my liking. Food service could be improved (like anything else in life) - defiantly 24 hr room service plz. The swimming pool water too deep ,haha. Noisy in the morning as the rooms we stayed are facing wireless road. No washer in deluxe room as compared to Grande centre point ratchadamri. There was no other guests checking at the time when I checked I did and it took more than 10 minutes to complete my checkin. Key card given many times didn't work (but staff was very helpful to arrange concierge to help). Internet connection. Buffet food - what should have been hot, or at least warm, was always very cold.
