We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a family suite. The suite was old but had all the comfort and facilities. It was close to city center and had walking access to city hub shopping Malls. Loved the location. Very comfortable stay. Staff was very cooperative. Excellent buffet Breakfast was definitely a plus. Will definitely stay here again. Very good location (few minutes walk away from Siam Paragon), friendly staff, very spacious rooms, competitive pricing.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Near for shopping area... location near to Siam Paragon and Platinum Fashion Mall. Like that spacious family suit. Old apartment building renovated into a hotel. Very convenient location for shopping. 7-Eleven just a minute walk away and roughly 5-8 minutes walking distance to Panthip, Platinum, Pratunam and Siam Paragon. Breakfast buffet was average but had good selections. Comfortable beds and amenities in Family Suite was enough. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. During our stay, we changed our room from the 2 bedroom suite to the Deluxe because our party downsized during the stay. The Deluxe appeared to be freshly renovated and was extremely nice and warm with many modern features. Suitable location for shopping, very near to Siam Paragon, MBK, Platinum Mall & Pratunam market. The staff very helpful and friendly. I liked the location and the room size and the facilities of the spa. The location was close to siam paragon and skytrain. The location and staff were great.The meals served at the restaurant were excellent as was the breakfast buffet. The buffet breakfast included was great and the hotel staff were very friendly. There was something regarding the switches which damaged the power IC of my laptop and kids I-pad. Nil. nothing. Overall the staff are friendly except one of the staff(male) receptionist . Desing hotel very back dated. Hard to tell taxi drivers where the hotel is. Facilities a little old. Breakfast menu should change, my 3 days stays, I notice I eat the same. While inside the lift, it is very hot. The waiting area, lobby should be upgraded. Furniture in Family Suite room was a bit run down and shuttle service to Siam Paragon was only available from 11am-1pm, 3-5pm. No big deal as it is walking distance but with the heat, the shuttle service was a welcome treat. Regrettably, the 2-bedroom suite's appearance did not live up to the photo's we previewed before booking. It appeared aged and had some holes in the wood floor. The shower hose was also too short and found laying in the tub. However, once we pointed out this deficiency, hotel staff corrected it quickly. Also, if you are looking for a view of the Bangkok skyline, this hotel cannot accommodate. Furniture in the room should be replaced because they have been obsolete. There was a perpetual little smell in the hotel may be due to renovation going on the 3rd floor. The rooms were clean but the view outside the rooms was of construction. While the rooms were clean they were run down and in need of maintenance.The water used to flush the toilet smelt which resulted in a very strong odour when you returned to the locked room. Although located close to shopping malls (mbk and Siam) and the train station, the physical location of the hotel was difficult for taxi drivers to find as it was down an alley. The family suite was large but did have a musty smell and the renovations woke us in the morning. We didn't quite trust the cleanliness of the shower so opted to shower with jandals/thongs on. Facilities in the room can further be improved. No hair dryer, cafe bar and kettle in the hotel. The room was not up to standard as shown in the website gallery. No iron board or iron. No hair-drier included. Need to pay deposit if you wish to use hair-drier. No wifi included. Need to pay for wifi usage. The tap in the bathroom was faulty. The floor was dusty. ongoing renovation. unlucky to get non-renovated room! Breakfast was the same food for my 4d3n stay. Run down, staff service except for the front office, it is not too good. the house keeper is not good. They forgot to put the towels n said that it disappeared. We used our own towels so we did not realized that they did not put the towels. We opened all of our baggages to make sure them, that the towels didn't with us. Really disappointed with this situation.
