  Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything.   Hotel is simply great! Breakfast is great! Room spacious and clean. Location, shops/ restaurants and even Carrefour by walking distance. My Hubby was like Uh-oh, too convenience for a shoppng spree! U r actually at the Ramblas! Station is just a min's walk. Will come back and definitely stay here again!   The location was perfect, the staff are courteous, polite and helpful. I loved the rooms, they are big and clean. Also, I asked the reception about local places to go and hang out and listen to good music, and they were more than willing to show me where to go. Furthermore, I arrived very early and they accomodated me and allowed me to check in ... what people say » at 10 am. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. - All the staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. We were a bithesitant after reading some unfavorable reviews on the website, however,our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, excellent location, nocomplaints at all.   It was right in the middle of the city and herself was delighted as it was on one of the main streets with all the famous Spanish retailers.
