Very good staff service - Very central for shopping, theatres, sightseeing and eating. There was a Metro station less than 5 minutes walk away. The location - 20 mins on Metro to city centre. Hotel is nice, clean and pool is a real bouns. Area is in commercial dicstrict which is a nice break from the bustle of the city. - We had everything we needed here. Bring your laptop to enjoy the freeinternet access if you think you will need it.

The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),
