Friendly and very helpfull front desk staff. Great breakfast with a good selection of food. The room, although a tad on the small side was very clean. It was quiet for the most part. Guests were prone to slamming bedroom doors though, which in the early hours was a bit irritating. They could get rid of needing a card to operate the lift though. Quiet in a busy area. The kindness of the people, the care which they used for theircustomers, the fact that the hotel is brand new, the free two bottles ofwater evreyday...great stay!. Staff kind and ready yo help. Very good price and closeness to tube station. Rooms clean, well furnished and comfortable.The maintenance person was the most helpful and our interactions with him was the best part of our stay. you;re near (5-10min) a metro wich is in central ligne of the metro stations. Nice clean and modern rooms, close to a metrostation. The room was very comfortable.Metro is close (3-5min). The hotel exterior and interior is very niceand charm. Room (double room with backward view) was small butsufficient with large and very clean shower. All amenities in goodcondition (incl. Mini bar and safe). Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms (inclusing bath rooms) were very clean.well connected to city center. Quality/price ratio - ok.English-speaking staff. Clean room, close to the metro station, and the trip to get the city center takes 15 - 20 minutes. Remote from the City center, but good location and easy access with publc transportation. The hotel was nicely decorated.only overnight. No, it was generaly very good. Maybe the price of the breakfast, given the quality, it should have beensomething less. (No nutella!). Stated there was internet available in all rooms, we tried three rooms and never had internet available.we got some problems with the card (the key) of the room :) actually you need it to make work the elevator :). swipecard was temperamental when used in lift. The location is not very well. It is unattractive district withinconspicuous buildings. The air conditioner is working only with roomkey, so you can not come into already cooled room. elevator needs room key card to operate; a bit ackward. The absence of the dishes and cups in the room. It was impossible to make some tea in the evening. Eve a cup of tee was impossible to get beyond the breakfast hours. In this case, most of the hotel rooms are equipped with a cattle, tee, coffee, etc. No areal map was available and we did not received any tourist-need suggestions about what to do and what is available in the neigberhood area.The room was a little shabby.
