the room is clean and perfect .and when you come in to the hotel everything is great. it is great place have a vacation with friends. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location close to metro station with easy access to city centre and airport. Breakfast in the room was excellent.we got upgraded to executive, mini-suite was great. good location, far from center but metro and bus connection good.

Too far from the center. selection of buffet breakfast was limited and no hot food was available.no facility for hot drinks in the room. a box of tissue in the room would be nice. Free internet not available, also no cofffee/tea facilities. There was no slipper in the room, they told me that slippers were in suit rooms.This was ver nonsense for me. location is quite far away from most places but the metro brings you everywhere you wanna go conveniently. Slow lifts. Room service steak was gristly and fatty (more so than usual Spanish standards). Slices of fresh fruit as a dessert was overpriced at €10 euros. There were not enough non-smoking rooms. so had to sleep in a smoking room. the price I had to pay for wireless lan. this should be a gift from the hotel. reception staff was not very friendly 4pm checkout was confirmedby phone. but once we arrived were told we would have to pay extra unless weleft by 3pm Also we had no idea that the restaurant and lounge were closed for the time of our stay. the internet it is not free...Due to a Real Madrid Barcelona football match all hotels heavily booked and hotel price almost double normal rate. Mine Bar price...little bit expensive but is ok...No free wireless access in the room. very noisy climatisation. price of ironing a shirt,the link to 4 questions that turned out to be 15. small hall,jacuzy , sauna and pool was out of order. Not many places nearby to eat, expensive Wifi. no parking. No Tea/Coffee facilities in the rooms....Restaurant does not open on a Sunday..Bar was also closed and limited choice in cafe attached..
