Important information to guests

Check-in Instructions: Guest must notify staff of their expected time of arrival at least 40 minutes before reaching the apartments. Staff of the apartments will wait at the appointed time. Contact details can be found on the Booking Confirmation. The deposit of 150 euros must be paid by cash upon arrival. This will be refunded at departure once the condition of the apartment has been approved. Cleaning: A change of towels is included in the price and takes place every 3 days. A change of bed linen and housekeeping service (excluding the kitchen) takes place every 7 days. Guest can request extra cleaning at an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 5 per night and person in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	8 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet	Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan	There is no meal option with this hotel.
Parking	Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15 per day.
