This hotel is linked to Hotel Pasaje (although Hotel Victoria is the slightly more expensive of the two) and as such my review is pretty similar! The rooms are very clean and comfortable and, thankfully, have air conditioning! Our room was internal and there was no noise at all at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Arriving at the hotel past midnight, we were tired and starving. Luckily, the hotel is smack bang in the middle of lots of tapas bars. Close to all transport but we ended up just walking to all the sights. It can get a little noisy at night, but we asked for a quiet room and ours face inside, no view, but a good nights sleep. The room was clean and an adequate size with a good bathroom. The day before our departure, we enquired about availability for one night in a couple of days time. While - Bozena

Four of us stayed here for a few days while seeing the sights. The hotel is in a very central location and we found it ideal, but for the noise at night. There are several bars and a nightclub in the immediate vicinity, and this being Madrid they do not close until the early morning and the people coming out of them have no thought for those trying to sleep above; add to that the fact that the refuse collections are made before sunrise!
