Its centrally located. They offered a single room to a reasonable price. There are Tijcal restaurents, with very good food and there is 10% discount for hotel guests. the location is very nice, and the staffs are really kind,i would like to thanks the staff, who named Wonen.he is a really nice person. muchas gracias!. very good central location, modern decorated cosy room, clean, breakfast in the room, helpfull staff at the reception.

Its location and room cleanliness.For a tourist stay, this hotel is perfect, The rooms are a bit small but unless your plan is to stay in your rooms all day, it really doesn't matter. The rooms are comfy and the bathroom is ensuite and clean, hot water keeps running, wifi works for the most part and the staff is friendly and helpful. Also, location is PRIME and perfect, smack in middle of SOL district. the central location,and the hotels restaurant for value and frendlieness of staff, especially fernando, who made our night special, and also the food which was an asset to the chef.very quiet room in a very noisy city; brand new accomodations, though it was the smallest room I have ever seen, everything was well organized. Of cource, it's not very comfortable, but it's mutch more comfortable then many hostals. Anyway, the hotel is good enough to sleep there: it's clean. The location is superb. Only 2 minutes walk to Puerta del Sole, which cn be considered to be the centre of the city.The wireless internet was not working and they had no working cables for the wired internet. However, there was free wireless available at the Restaurant Tijcal. I would have liked to have an easy chair.They could do with a good breakfast but other than that, no complaints. n/a. no lobby area or gathering space; extra breakfast option in room only. You need to pay extra for air conditioning which is a necessity if you want to get any sleep at night. While the bathroom was very nice and had very modern fixtures, the shower stall was extremely small. It was good for us ladies but I doubt a more solidly built man would be able to fin in that stall. very small window, no free air. air conditioning is a must. (for the price 5eu per night). cold floor was kinda. Some building repair works being carried on that made us wake up early in morning. I would expect we were just unlucky with timing. There is a disco in the house - it was sometimes noisy. A little difficult to find, small rooms.The rooms are really soundproofed on the streetside, but not from the inside of the hotel (i.e. door and floors). i did not like the first night when there was a leek of water from the sink which spilled across the floor. we had to put towels down. however it was fixed promptly the next day.In an older apartment building . Signage needs to improve. The internet wi-fi wasn't work, but we could use in the reception. The room was very small, we couldn't open our bag.very noisy until very late at night. Double glazing kept noise out but made the room very very hot. Bedding not appropriate. Well, if people were expecting a hostel with common kitchens, microwaves, etc. Then this is more of a hotel than a hostel. Am not sure though if this comment is a negative or a positive.Room is too small。. The shower cubicle - more like Dr Who's tardis!!. Extra charge for air conditioning and other guests were loud - you could hear everything in the hallways. My room was next to the entrance door which is quite heavy and slams shut everytime someone enters. The walls are thin so I was glad to stay here while there weren't too many guests.The room was a bit small but not a majoe problem. Wireless internet didn´t work very well, very poor signal.Small room. Unfortunately, the smell of the drains was quite evident in the bathroom. I don't know if this was the hotel's fault or not, though. It wasn't a major problem, though, since I was hardly in the room, being out sightseeing all day. The room also suffered from a lack of natural daylight, having only one window which opened into a central shaft.
