1. Very friendly staff.
2. Very clean.
3. Reliable wi-fi in the rooms
4. Position: close to many historical sights - Sol, Real palace etc.;
Direct commuter trains from Sol to Chamartin and Atocha stations as well as to El Escorial. On the way from/to Barajas airport it's better to make change at Nuevos Ministerios station.

Rooms were small but cosy, and with plenty of space to put your luggage/stuff, big tables (if you want to use your laptop etc), minifridge.
