The personal it´s very kind and friendly, and they were always very helpful, specially the owner of the hotel. He always very willing to help and advise me to move more easily around the city. The hotel's location is excellent, just 3 minutes walk from the metro station Sol and just 1 min. Walk from metro Opera. It´s very clean, and some rooms have a excellent view of one of the most important streets downtown.

Rooms were small but cosy, and with plenty of space to put your luggage/stuff, big tables (if you want to use your laptop etc), minifridge. With the windows closed there is no problem with the noise from the busy street on which it is located. A special acknowledgement to Patricia & Alvaro, who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. The location is excellent and I was not disturbed by the city noise at all, in fact, found it exciting to reach the front door and know life was going on. Convenient location. Near subway, many cafes, shops. Excellent price. The friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is located on a busy street. People walk day and night. The rooms are a bit small however that's what you get for the meager sum you pay to book this hotel. Needless to mention that though the rooms are small, they are still very very cosy!. no negative point. Only negative was that if you wanted room made they requested you leave the key in door. Dont think system very secure. Nothing to dislike. Very basic rooms. The rooms are noisy. Internet connection was not stable. - Very noisy, you could hear everything from the hallway. No noise from outside though. - Night watch guy seemed to be Skyping or talking long after midnight, which was so loud we couldn't sleep. Nothing. -no window to see the outside. i stayed there for 2 days .the hotel is cheap the first day but become expensive the next day.
