It is a very comfortable apartment style hotel with full kitchen. The office is right down stairs. The administrative people are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city, convenient to tour bus, shopping, sightseeing, groery stores.The price is reasonable for family with kids. All are perfect. -

The boss is very nice. If you can meet him, you can get help, but it's not always there at receiption. The location is very good, but it's not easy to find it. -

Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes.
Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets.
I found this property with a price filter but will make a bee line there next time.

Location superb - pedestrianised shopping strip right outside your door. Very safe area. Extremely helpful staff-thanks Mary and George for a great and comfortable stay. The location is great. The value is great. Your really cant complain too much when it's about 30 euros a night in this location. Facility is a bit outdated, but it is cheaper and yet still a lot better and more comfortable than most hostels in Europe of that price range. It is clean for the most part and staff is friendly. We got a three people room for 30 a night.

The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid! A+ -
