It is very clean, comfortable, and staffs are friendly too. The location is in the city centre, and just 3 mins to metro station. It is an amazing hotel that we would love to visit again if we are going to Madrid again. Fantastic value for money. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. It was great to have the option of cooking in the kitchenette in the room.
