The apartments were right next to the metro and it was so easy to get around. The apartment was well designed and user friendly. The view was very nice. The apartment is located very close to the soccer stadium - walking distance. The bar downstairs had excellent food and the sangria was the best in the city (that I tried). I loved the design and outline of the hotel, it was very impressive to see the glass structure of the hotel floors and all the plants. The rooftop is beautiful as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the Palmer restaurant served some great food. There are great shopping facilities right around the corner at Gran Via 2.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a nice, quite area but close enough by the Metro to get to anywhere in the city. I LOVED the bed! The room is soundproof so it was very convenient lol. Loved the tv in the bathroom. Room is very stylish, comfy, the couch is huge and soft. The bed was really comfy and big. Slept like a baby. -
