Staff at reception were always positive, happy and helpful. All could speak English. Directions to points of interest in the city were easy to understand. Housekeepers always greeted me. Hotel is like communication hub and well connected to visiting places.Very good location (pulic transport, restaurants, bars). Location, easy access to the train and metro.location was perfect, very nice hotel.

I was surprised that the TV did not have a function that shows programs in the original language eg: english / ammerican movies. Normally there is a button on the remote that changes the language.Room too hot and no way of cooling as windows do not open. Safe did not work and could not be fixed. The access to the hotel from the train station is quite difficult to find-one must exit the station by one door and immediately go in another- is quite strange and difficult to figure out. Then there are only two tiny elevators for access to the lobby with luggage. The Coffee Shop food was the worst ever, 45 minutes to receive cold, very poor quality over priced food. The waiter said he would pass our comments to the Chef?. We waited, but did not receive a response. the hotel rooms were a bit dated. shower fittings required repair. shower fittings required repair. Dreary decor in rooms. Double room had 2 single beds pushed together to make a "Double" bed. very uncomfortable. Breakfast and service at breakfast, the rooms were a bit tiered and the facilities not very accessable. the rooms must have beeen state of the art in the seventies. Room (including bathroom) was old. Bed was too hard. No possibility toopen a window.gym closed; restaurant/bistro not very inviting.
