fantastic location one train stop from la rambla yet quiet street away from tourist hustle. only about 10 minute walk with heavy bags from sants railway station - the main railway staion in barcelona with connections local and international plus the metro. could not have been better. apartment was very modern and stylish with everything working and supplied. lift in building for ghose who cant do steep stairs.
all reviews » The apartment was clean, kitchen, beds, bathroom, wifi, etc, were carefully maintained. Location is 5 minutes walking to both Sants train station and metro. The staffs were quite helpful when I requested for late check-out (from 11am to 12 noon). Good location minutes away from transport and shops. Friendly owner/staff who were in contact with me regarding our stay and provided lots of local knowledge about the city. Modern, clean apartment in a quiet, modestly priced neighbourhood. Location - 5 minutes from main station and metro, close to bus routes and a supermarket. Decor - lovely exposed brickwork and beams but very modern decor in bathroom and kitchen. Modern and well done. Kitchen facilities were great. Loved the terrace. 5 minute walk to major metro, train station. Helpful and friendly staff. Very close to trains buses to get into the main area, yet right in the middle of true Spanish life - Blissful. Very good and cosy place, good location. I liked everything!. Everything Close to metro and train Station. I liked the décor and the area very much. All is good except 3 things. Complete with washing machine & cooking facilities. kitchen floor was not clean. Check-in was quite troublesome as I have waited for almost 30 minutes for the staffs to check me in. I did emailed and called beforehand, but I guess there were some missunderstandings between them about who's going to check me in. Nothing I can think of. Very spacious wardrobes in the bedrooms but a lack of places to put things. Could do with a couple of shelves in the bathroom and bedside tables in every bedroom. some soundproofing between apartments would be nice... I was supposed to telephone from the airport on arrival (late check in). Neither of the cell phone numbers I had been given worked, and as I got nearer and nearer in the taxi, calling constantly, I was beginning to think I would have to find a hotel for the night. Finally someone replied and said someone else would be along to let me in. I waited 15 minutes at the front door then rang again. The man had been waiting in my flat, but nobody had told me that. Poor noise insulation. When we came the oven dont working. Mirror only in the bathroom. No front desk staffs to answer to our needs. False advertisement!! They don't give you the nice apartment that appears in the pictures! They did not give us the apartment we thought we booked. Instead of a spacious second floor apartment with a terrace, we got a noisy basement apartment with no proper windows. Disappointing. Staff was not helpful.
