The apartments were right next to the metro and it was so easy to get around. The apartment was well designed and user friendly. The view was very nice. I loved the design and outline of the hotel, it was very impressive to see the glass structure of the hotel floors and all the plants. The rooftop is beautiful as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the Palmer restaurant served some great food. There are great shopping facilities right around the corner at Gran Via 2.

I LOVED the bed! The room is soundproof so it was very convenient lol. Loved the tv in the bathroom. Room is very stylish, comfy, the couch is huge and soft. The bed was really comfy and big. Slept like a baby. -
