the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. there was no water heater for tea but this was immediately provided by the front desk staff. metro is only 5 minutes walk away. very quiet area. the air condition in the room is very efficient making for a welcome space from hot days. -

The location was great! Very close to the beach and you can see it from

It was a really nice little studio apartment in an excellent location,
just a few minutes walk from the beach, right next to super markets and
restaurants and walking distance to the center. It was really clean and
comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with basics like olive oil, tea
and coffee. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were friendly
and helpful.

the centre near La Rambla was about 15 minutes or 5 minutes on the Metro
service, the station is almost next door to the apartment so very handy.

When we checked in, after a 7 day cruise with Royal Caribbean Cruises,
we met with Sandra Tena a few streets down from the actual apartment.
She was very nice and helpful and gave advise where ever she could
regarding shopping, dining, etc. We have done many trips to bcn and the
location in Eixample is great with many shops and restaurants. If you
like pizza, go where the locals go, there is a pizza place on the same
street of c/ Villaroel 101, called La Bella Napoli. In overall, our

One of the best places we've ever stayed. There are some
reasons below:
1. There are two cool guys Fernando (the owner) and Asif (his colleague) at reception desk. If it's your first stay in Barcelona they can explain all things you need at the city. They are really welcome and helpful. Other stuff is nice as well and never bothers you.

This was a great place to stay. We were a family of 5 travelling with 3
teenagers. We stayed in apartment 1 with 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, and 3
full bathrooms. Although all beds seem to be quite firm in Spain, they
were more comfortable than most. The apartment had a large patio that
could be used in cooler weather. The apartment was well located and
extremely reasonably priced for the quality. The staff were wonderful
and even waited for us for our arrival after midnight. I read a few

The reception staff were exceptional in their help and efficiency. Overall the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment was the best I have stayed in to date in Barcelona (and I have stayed in approximately 8 other apartments in the city).

Location is good, 15 mins walk to Ramblas. Located in a quiet neighbourhood and quite safe.
Lots of good food and very affordable.
Check in and out was smooth and David helped us with everything we need. Sandra was very helpful too.
Lay out of the unit is very good and comfortable even for 6 people.
I don't mind going back again.
