The hotel is beautiful and my room was excellent with all of the amenities. Its a Wonderful hotel and everything was just great !. Friendly personnel. Excellent service. Location, staff, the room. The staff were very helpful and gave us good tips for food. The room was very quiet and had a very nice view of Barcelona from the 13th floor. Big and spotless. The bed was huge and very, very comfortable. The buffet for breakfast was probably one of the best I've ever seen.

"05" being the smallest. Nice location but very very far from the central to town and beach and attraction.Distance from the closest metro station is a bit far, takes about 10-15 mins to walk. There was no bath in the bathroom but it is not a big problem since they have a great massage shower. Breakfast value for money. Room was slightly overwhelmed by size of the bed and the frosted glasspanels that divided bedroom room and bathroom area, they should alsohave provided slippers and robes. not this time. No aircon (switched off by hotel!!), could not regulate the room temperature, that is a basic requirement of a 3star hotel let alone a 4 star hotel, it did not live up to the facilities stated. other option is open a window and listen to the cars!. It was easy to find, but I did not know that I had to drive onto the busy sidewalk to unload bags and to Check in!!. Most things!shower window did not open.stayed on the 10th floor and could hear every car on road (very noisy).no soound proofing! bed linen is that of a hospital. Only english channel - bbc news and cnn. Explicit pornography on one spanish channel. Not child/teenager friendly. Staff not friendly or helpful at all. Internet €16/hour. DHL across road is €4.00. Is a 3* hotel not 4*. would not recommend!.
