  The staff very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We stayed on a 3 night package,goin mid week which was a fantastic deal at 186 euros, but did not take the option of a breakfast. A fantastic location, within 3 minutes walk from Sangrada Cathedral. The hotel provided free internet access in its lobby area , and the rooms where impeccable. -... what people say » The location is so so,quite far from the city center, but close to Sagrada Familia, about 5 min by walking. Sometimes it was hard to catch a taxi from the street near hotel. At the same time there was the best room of all Eurostars Hotels in Barcelona we have stayed (Cristal Palace andLaietana Palace, everywhere we booked standard double room)

  The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. The bathroom facilities were modern and nice, and shower was amazing! We arrived early (1pm) and were able to check straight in and use our room (not meant to be avai... what people say » lable until 3pm) which was very helpful and kind of the hotel. - Staff were always helpful and friendly and were good at "remembering the guests faces". The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Her reputation on trip-adviser is well justified - she is a real credit to the hotel.The cleaning staff were accommodating when it came to access for room tidying etc.Good location close to Monumental underground station and local cafes etc.

  A group of 13 of us stayed and we were thrilled with the price, value, and it was spotlessly clean. The staff could not be nicer to us and were extremely helpful to one of our group who lost her purse. The internet has always worked well. The staff were always very helpful, friendly and attentive. On the day we arrived to check in early and stored in the bags at the site where they will get the key. Recommend this apartment.

  This is by far the best hostel I've stayed at. The price is just ridiculously good for such a great hostel. The Wi-fi is the fastest I've ever had while traveling and the place is really clean and fresh. Having opened only two weeks before I went there might have helped but I'm hoping they will keep it clean. At this price, it's very hard not to reccommend it an - Everything is great about this hostel! I was planning to stay there for one-two nights but stayed for 4, as I had everything I wanted there. Great staff. Very clean beds (cleaner that in the previous 4 star hotel I've stayed in). Clean toilets and showers and common areas. Very safe, as near each bed there is a safe locked-only-by-your-card box. Small lights near each bed makes it easy to read at night and at the same time you don't disturb the others.
