Excellent bus and metro connections, both to the tennis at Caja Magica, 4 mins and the centre of Madrid, 15 mins by bus. Secure car parking next to the hotel. We will visit again. -
Close to metro station and taxi rank.

It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.

Very nice, modern hotel. The room was very spacious. Toilet was big: there's separate toilet and a nice shower. Next to it is a little cloakroom. All these partitioned next to the bedroom. I can't fault the stay we had. Staff are uber friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant and in walking distance to everything.
